VanPlestik is a sustainable furniture company that uses large industrial 3D printers and 100% recycled plastics to produce chairs, tables, lamp-shades, vases, and more. During my internship there, I mostly helped with manufacturing and production. Once a week, I had the opportunity to work on my own designs.

I designed an experimental shelf inspired by the way light refracts through the 3D print texture of the transparent plastic material; Illuminating objects resting upon it.
